1. Where exactly is Rooftop Garden?
The garden is located on Level 4 of LaLaport BBCC. You can access it via the mall's lifts or via the Grand Steps (the large outdoor space with the big stairs).
2. Am I allowed to bring my dog to the event?
As this event is specially curated for cats, we kindly ask that dogs are not brought along. Thank you for your understanding.
3. What do I need to know when bringing my own pet?
Please ensure pets are leashed, in carriers, or in covered strollers at all times, and are well-behaved in a public environment. Most importantly, respect for other visitors, pets, and event rules.
4. Are there any designated toilets?
Yes. Designated toilet is available at Level 4. Please follow all the on-ground signages.
5. Is ticketing or admission required?

6. Are we able to dine in with pets?
While we welcome you to enjoy the moment with your pets at LaLaport, dine-in within mall F&B outlets is strictly not allowed for pets. However, food vendors within the event area are available where you may enjoy food together.

• Visitors are permitted to bring their cats to the Clowder Of Cats Gathering, Rooftop Garden only and can use designated toilet for pets only; at Level 4.
• This is a special, one-time exception to the mall’s usual pet policy and is strictly applicable during the event period and within the designated exhibition area only.
• Any damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by the pet shall be the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
• The mall Management shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or incident involving pets during the event.
• By entering the premises with a pet, pet owners agree to indemnify and hold the mall Management harmless from any claims arising from their pet’s presence.
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• The Management’s decision on all matters relating to pet admission and event participation shall be final and binding.
