1. Where exactly is the Gate Plaza?
The gate plaza is located on Level G of LaLaport BBCC (Next to Padi Malaya).
2. Am I allowed to bring my pet to the event?
Yes, pets are allowed only within designated event areas at Gate Plaza.
3. What do I need to know when bringing my own pet?
Please ensure pets are leashed, in carriers, or in covered strollers at all times, and are well-behaved and comfortable in a public environment. For hygiene purposes, pet diapers are strongly encouraged. Most importantly, respect for other visitors, pets, and event rules.
4. Are there designated entry and exit points?
Yes. Please follow all the on-ground signages, and crew instructions for smooth crowd flow.
Dog owners: You may drop off your pet at the Hang Tuah entrance, where a dedicated holding area is available. Please allow our crew members to assist you while you park your car at LaLaport.
Cat owners: You may park at LaLaport parking, and ensure cats remain in a carrier at all times within the mall and head to event area, Gate Plaza.
5. Is ticketing or admission required?
No, admission is free of charge. All visitors are welcome to enjoy the event.

7. Are we able to dine in with pets?
While we welcome you to enjoy the moment with your pets at LaLaport, dine-in within mall F&B outlets is strictly not allowed for pets. However, food vendors within the event area are available where you may enjoy food together.
